Hello dear friends! Welcome to our next journey through the radio waves of the universe. Today we will go on a fascinating journey through the microworld, or rather, into the wonderful world of legs, skirts, hats, as well as disputes, yes, today we will go on a flight through the mushroom kingdom, but what did you think? 🙂

It is spring now, and this is not the most mushroom time, if not to say the most not mushroom time, because autumn has long passed, and meadows and forests – the patrimony of tubular and lamellar ones are still covered with a white blanket of snow. The mushrooms rolled into jars and their dried cousins are long over, and the music lover’s mushroom honey has certainly sold out long ago, leaving our minds wandering and searching for the mushroom inside ourselves, mushroom hunger is at its peak.

The general depressing situation is aggravated by the fact that the only mushroom in the country still occupies the mausoleum on Red Square and behaves like a pear that cannot be eaten. But if you look at it from a more positive side, he kind of hints to us that mushrooms are eternal and gives us hope for a brighter future.

Continuing the logic proposed to us by the great mind of our time, Sergei Kuryokhin, we can say with certainty that if something is a mushroom, then it, in fact, is also a radio wave, which smoothly brings us to our today’s musical gift to you.

Recently, a vinyl baby has fallen into our warm hands, which we would like to share with you on this full moon Monday. Its small size of seven inches, colorful design and, finally, musical content – everything tells us that Sergei was right, and certain types of mushrooms have evolved, manifesting into this short, but no less charming audio essence.

Australian band Sunfruits paid homage to Mother Earth on Mushroom Kingdom. The guys perform the most sunny psychedelic rock, reminding us to rejoice in every ray of the sun, which is slowly becoming an increasingly frequent guest in our latitudes.

Listening to this recording, especially at the beginning of the day or week, we are charged with joy and faith in goodness and in the future, in which every moment is happy, and every year is mushroom, all troubles are temporary, difficulties are surmountable, and every person can become a radio wave with such a frequency that he himself or herself wishes to choose for his life path and broadcast his vibrations to the entire universe and beyond.

The plate was released last fall, but from the first seconds of sounding it evokes associations with the distant seventies – the times of hippies and free love, open consciousness and respect for mother nature.
